Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport

We were there for a Christmas Performers Workshop and the staff treated us like royalty. Especially the staff that took care of feeding us Deborah Owens, Shawnna Catugal, Marsia Tritsch, Jordan Lunsford, Brian Wipprecht, and Kristen Ward

Amy was the BEST hostess ever!!! She ROCKED!!! Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice area outside with all kinds of stuff to do! We stayed here to fly out in the morning, but I'd come just to stay here again! Seperate bedrooms for privacy and all!!

Disgusting! This hotel needs gutted and renovated. Carpets through the hallways are not vacuumed. Walls are dirty. Elevator is tiny and hardly fit the luggage cart. See photos of one of the rooms. Dirty. Falling apart. Shower was not cleaned (see white “stuff” on shower wall). In the other bedroom, the shower drain is clogged and water drains very slowly. Windows are VERY thin and you can hear EVERYTHING outside.

This year was the 9th year I have stayed in this hotel, and despite a hiccup last year resulting in a negative review, Amy went out of her way to ensure the same issue did not arise this year. This hotel is always my last US hotel before enduring the long journey back to Australia, and this year I stayed a few nights. Yes, this establishment is again one of my all-time favourites. The room I was given (328) met all my preferences, was immaculately clean and had the most comfortable bed. It had a great view over the Tennis court, BBQ area and Pool. The staff - all of them - were simply fantastic and again the breakfast's were great, always replenished and your breakfast staff are just astonishing. They really do make an effort to have a chat, and make you feel almost like you were a home. It's all these small things that made my visit memorable, and Brian this is also a credit to the way you run your hotel. It was also again nice having the opportunity to chat with you personally during my visit, and hopefully we will get to do this all again next year. Many thanks

This is a pretty basic hotel. Don't expect housekeeping service, even if requested. The room was less than clean with hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub. I stayed two nights and requested housekeeping after the first night, thinking it maybe hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I got back to my room after a full day at work and no house keeping done. No new towels, no cleaning of the bathroom, and the bed had not been made. Overall, a pretty lousy experience. I certainly wouldn't stay here again.

I was at this facility for a seminar August 8-11, 2024. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially since our group overflowed from the conference room area into the lobby, patio, and dining area throughout most of the weekend. The entire staff (Deborah Owens, Shawnna Catugal, Marsia Tritsch, Jordan Lunsford, and Brian Wipprecht) helped make our stay easier. Breakfast and lunch were tasty and varied, and we even got a snack on Thursday evening. The room was spacious (larger and better equiped than my first apartment!) with decent appliances, and great water pressure in the shower. I hope to stay here again!

Nicole Roetting was amazing! She made sure my stay was pleasant, going above and beyond to secure my desired room, hold and deliver my packages, etc. thanks so much for your help, and I will be back next week! I travel to this area weekly for business, and have always enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here for my training. Amy Moore welcomed me and helped me all the time during stay and she was the best. Even late night, when I needed any help, she was attentive and friendly to hlep me out. Appreciate for her and definitely enjoyed my stay!
